A rocket system capable of allowing the Ukraine military to reach deep into Russia is necessary to confirm Putin's intentions … and maybe our worst fears that World War 3 has already started!
The Russian people will not really understand Putin's War until they can see consequences of the conflict in their own backyard! Why?

Most of Russia sees their “special operation” as a patriotic war necessary to halt the perceived aggression by the West. Sure, a few unfortunate Russian families have lost loved ones in the conflict. But they take satisfaction that their sons have made a necessary sacrifice to protect Mother Russia! Or so Russian media says!

Russians sees Putin's War the way most of our readers do …. from the comfort of their homes. Yes, it is disturbing to see the daily death and destruction in Ukraine. But it is far away and even those surfing the Internet are becoming war fatigued. And keep in mind that as of the writing of this post (03Jun2022), Putin had an approval rating of 70% plus! Russians love him!

What about the current situation?

We have experienced all this before. Can we learn from history?

Early in World War 2. the Americans realized a necessary part of winning the war was to demonstrate the ability to strike back at the enemy on his own turf. The enemy population would begin to doubt a successful outcome if America could strike the heart of the enemy homeland. The plan was set in motion this way:
