so your first name is Alan and Last name is  Lincoln , right?         Your surname is Lincoln.

((((((Last name=surname=family name

name=first name....and some people have a second name

everybody has a nickname ))))

Alan Lincoln

How old are you, date of birth, are you a resident, where do you live,

Habits: do you smoke; how long had you been smoking; do you drink; how many units a week?

are you on any medication?

Any addiction?

Are your Immunizations up to date? Diphteria, Poliomyelitis, Tetanos, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Shingles, Flu... Did you have your flu vaccination updated this winter?

Doc says:"After these general health questions I have to proceed to the clinical examination;

of the heart and blood pressure

of the abdomen

the neurological examination

the gynecological examination

-Ok doc...Top off? (Patients ask this short question sometimes, the same as they say I'm sick, (short for I fell nauseous, and suffering from my stomach (abdomen).

When the patient has undressed, the doctor proceeds with checking the blood pressure, listening to the heart, the lungs and the abdomen: this is the clinical examination/

The doctor notes down the findings of the clinical examination on his computer; the abdomen, the lungs, the cardiovascular system, the genitalia, the nervous system.

This is the first page of the health application;

Second page is Case history; if the patient has any desease currently active, and needing to be looked after.

QUIZZ

1 First thing first: the patient takes off his clothes

2 First thing first, the doctor introduces himself and asks what is the weather like?

3 First thing first: the doctor asks the patient for his ID card, opens his file, and notes down his name and surname and Health and Social security number thanks to the green card.

Loéva quiz 5

 Musculoskelettal system

It is made of bones, muscles, senews or tendons, and nerves. (And arteries, veins, lymph,  etc)

You can have your bone broken, a broken bone is very painful, you have to fix the fracture rapidly.

When you sprain your joint, you don't have a broken bone: the problem, the swelling and the pain, comes from the tendons and ligaments you sprained. It's been over-stretched and now it needs repairing. To get back to normal. It takes a few days.

Not only accidents can affect the joints. Deseases can cause joint pains as well. From damage in the tendon or in the bone or both. There are joint infections which are called infectious arthritis.

You can need pain killers, or anti-inflammatory medications, or antibiotics..

QUIZ

1You need antibiotics to fix the fracture rapidly.

2 You are young, you practice a lot of sports, your bones are solid, your muscles are strong and so are your tendons, so much so that you can't break any bone, even if you jumped off the roof.

3 Before exercising it is good to do a little warm up. Real athletes exercise regularly.

Loéva 4 Musculoskeletal system

About the musculoskeletal system

-Hello doc, I've got a terrible pain in my left ankle, I cannot walk, I could hardly reach your surgery.

-ok Do you feel the pain in the bone? How did it happen? You sprained your ankle ?  Did you sprain your ankle or did you fall down somewhere, or did it happen suddenly, out of nowhere?

-Maybe I sprained my ankle a little bit when climbing down the stairs yesterday but I could keep going. A few hours later I was in pain and some swelling developped on the side of my ankle, and I could not walk; I hope it is not broken; do you think I need X ray examination ?

-Lie down flat on your back on the couch please and relax and let me examine the joint: yes it is swollen and sensitive, tender, achy ; it looks looser when I try to manipulate it: ok it is a sprained ankle; you 'd better have an X ray. People your age, I'm sorry to say, have fragile bones; let's be careful.

QUIZ

1
X ray means the patient needs to use Twitter to have X ray examination rapidly. NB one must know the way one has to pronounce X not like in french but like in exercice, example, ex voto, ex aequo.
2 When the ankle is just sprained there is no bone dammage, X ray examination won't show any fracture line. You just need to fix the ankle, and apply some contention, for some time. And get some rest.
3 The patient needs to stay in bed for 3 weeks.

LOEVA QUIZ 3 Respiratory system

1 People inhale so as to bring oxygen to the blood in the lungs, through the respiratory system which is made of the nostrils, sinuses, the throat, the breathing pipes (trachea, bronchial tubes or bronchos) to the pulmonary tissue; exhale so as to get rid of carbon dioxyde.

2 Smoking is a bad habit because it makes your finger turn yellowish and a good one because it help  smokers get rid of the mucus on their lungs and bronchos.

3 Covid desease is an infectious desease that affected only smokers. It does not spread in non smoking communities: in retirement homes for example there were no covid infections.

WORDS

Respiratory system:

a) Coughing

-Does the coughing come in bouts, is it a dry cough or a wet cough? Is it painful?

b) Sputum

-People with chronic bronchitis - and smokers of course- they bring up what is called "sputum".

People with tuberculosis would spit in sputum cups: it is disgusting.

Patients can cough blood sometimes because of their desease; they spit mucus with red or black streaks of blood

c) Dyspnea

Those patients are breathless, they run short of breath. Dyspnea is what the doctors coll that symptom. Breathlessness.

People with asthma happen to wheeze; the wheezing is induced by exposure to wind and dust and pollens or after taking a medication or even the wheezing can be provoked by stress. It can be eased by some medicines ("ventoline" spray is Salbutamol; Steroid sprays can be needed on a daily basis to prevent the wheezing and ease the desease. The doctor decides according to the severity of the desease.

QUIZZ

1 When a patient has bouts of coughing it means that he has got tetanos.

2 Sputum is what is brought up by patients when coughing a wet cough.

3 Patients with asthma wheeze when their medication is too strong.

Loëva quizz 1 THE SURGERY

The doctor asks the new patient as she is entering the consulting room:

-How are you?

-Not good because I need your advice

-Ok so what is your problem? what is wrong with you?

-I feel like vomiting every morning; it gets better as the day passes by.

-You are nauseous in the morning and your nose is watering, dripping you'd say?

-Yes I do feel tired as well all the time; this is not me, I'm wrecked, I used to be active, had many hobbies, sports, exercising all the time, but I've no appetite, no stamina, nothing.

-Don't you think you are pregnant? Are you on a contraceptive pill or any other medication?

-I can't be pregnant, Doctor, believe me; I've not been out of my house for two years, since the covid thing you know, we had to stay at home, and I got new habits; since then I've been smoking more than I did before, and got depressed, and everything went wrong.

QUIZ-(only one answer!)

1 The patient is pregnant

2 The doctor has not asked her for her drinking habits, and she did not mention it either

3 The patient has no stamina because she is in love with the doctor.

“Ukraine Scores Rare Avdiivka Win as Russia Attacks on Eastern Front: UK MoD. Defence Intelligence”

UK MOD according to Newsweek, said that "Ukrainian units have likely conducted successful local counterattacks, denying Russian forces full control of the village of Stepove."

“Ukrainian forces have enjoyed some success in the brutal battle for Avdiivka, according to British officials, in an update that follows a series of recent downbeat assessments regarding Kyiv's war prospects.”

Reminder. Oct 7 saw Hamas forces do their best to slaughter every Israeli man woman and child they could.

Oct 8 saw russia launch a massive artillery barrage on Avdiivka in advance of their wasteful and so far almost fruitless attempt to grab the Ukrainian settlement (under ruski assault for 9 fucking years now).

Some assessments conclude russian losses on Avdiivka since Oct 9 2023 total as high as 25,000 Orcs. Killed in action.

Ukraine kills russians now faster than Shoigu can assemble the meat for a scant 2-week (or less) training before being exposed to Ukrainian fire.

Ukrainian slaughter of Orcs and advance on Stepove, according to the MoD and Newsweek “was also reported by the Kremlin-affiliated Russian milblogger Rybar, who said that Ukrainian forces had advanced in unspecified forest areas near Stepove, where Russian troops were attempting one part of a pincer movement to envelop Avdiivka and its heavily defended industrial zone.”

Looking to the ruski millbloggers for credible updates in russian failure has been enlightening throughout the war.

“The Ukrainian military command has set the task of holding Avdiivka at any cost," the Rybar channel said, noting that "over 40 battalions from eight brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, transferred from the western sectors of the front, are concentrated in this direction.

Another Russian milblogger, Two Majors, has described the Avdiivka front as "a lighter version of the Bakhmut meat grinder," referring to the Donetsk city that saw high casualties during a fierce fight.

Russia's offensives in Avdiivka continue to involve largely dismounted infantry assaults, often by Storm-Z penal units.

The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) said on Sunday that “russian forces are conducting attritional infantry-led frontal assaults on Ukrainian fortifications "at high cost."

The Ukrainian General Staff reported on Sunday that its troops had repelled at least 39 Russian attacks within six miles in several directions of Avdiivka, as well as near Stepove.

Meanwhile, Alexander Syrsky, the head of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, described the operationalsituation in the east of Ukraine as "difficult" and said 60 military clashes took place at the front during the day.

Here's to Ukraine continuing to roll out a special welcome to the murderers and rapists seeking to glorify their filth-hole from which they crawled.

DEEP BEATHING AND RELAXATION

Relaxation techniques

Adjusting to life after a heart attack can be stressful. Learning breathing and relaxation exercises can help you to manage stress and anxiety to support your recovery.

Practicing deep breathing and relaxation each day will help you to respond better to stressful situations. This can help to lower the amount of adrenaline in your body. This reduces the effects of stress and anxiety.Psychologist Marie Young, learning how to relax as part of stress and anxiety management after a heart event.

Releasing tension

We all have parts of our body that carry tension - where do you have yours? Go through the list below and relax your body.

Forehead
Is it creased and frowning, or smooth and relaxed? Push your eyebrows up then let them fall into a relaxed position.

Jaw
Are your teeth tightly clenched? Let them come apart without opening your mouth. Feel your jaw muscle. Is it hard or relaxed? Let it go.

Tongue
Is it up against your front top teeth? Let it lie on the floor of your mouth.

Shoulders
Are they up round your ears, or relaxed? Push them up and then let them fall down relaxed.

Breathing
Is it rapid breathing from your chest, or slow deep breathing from your stomach?

Hands
Are they clenched like fists ready for a fight or floppy and relaxed?

Toes
Are they curled up tight or relaxed?

Deep breathing

Stress, illness and loss of muscle as we get older means that we often start to breathe with our chest. Chest breathing means we take short, shallow breaths that only fill the top part of our lungs.

We do this automatically when we are scared, in pain or exercising hard. When we are fully relaxed we breathe using our stomach or diaphragm. These breathes are longer and slower than chest breathing. They use our full lung capacity. This type of breathing helps our mind and body to relax. Sometimes chest breathing can become a habit.

Chest breathing for long periods can cause problems like:

  • palpitations (your heart rhythm is disturbed)
  • dizziness
  • chest pains
  • poor concentration and memory.

Learning to deep breathe again can help change this habit. Try this deep breathing exercise:

  • Lie or sit in a relaxed position and put one hand on your stomach, near your belly button and put your other hand on your upper chest. Relax your upper chest and shoulders. Now take a gentle breath in by gently pushing out your stomach. Try to keep your chest muscles and shoulders relaxed.
  • As you breathe out, try to relax. You can use your hand to press on your stomach to help a little. Try to keep your chest and shoulders relaxed.
  • Keep doing this for a couple of minutes. Stop if you get dizzy. Don’t take huge breaths. Try and breathe quite slowly.
  • If you find it difficult, you can make it happen by deliberately pushing out your stomach muscles when you breathe IN and relax your stomach as you slowly breathe OUT. Or, you can PUSH your stomach in with your hand as you breathe OUT.

Set aside five minutes, twice a day to practice this to move towards slower, smoother, stomach breathing all of the time.

Try listening to these audio tracks for relaxation and deep breathing exercises to practice.

dns no-IP

DONC FIRST THING FIRST faire compte no ip

We have two options to help get your new account configured; you can do it on your own, or we can help you. Follow the steps below to configure your account, or configure your device now using our Device Configuration Assistant.

If you need additional help, please open a support ticket , or give us a call, 1-775-853-1883. Our Customer Success Team is here to help!

Dynamic DNS Account Configuration

Step 1 Login to your No-IP account.
Step 2

Create a hostname (example: yourname.ddns.net)

This hostname will be the URL you will use to connect to your device from anywhere.

Step 3

Download and Install the Dynamic Update Client (DUC) .

This software is only needed if your router or device does not have No-IP as an integrated Dynamic DNS provider. ( What is an integrated Dynamic DNS provider ?)

After installation, you will need to login to the DUC and configure it to update the hostname you added in Step 2. (Windows DUC Instructions , Mac DUC link Instructions , & Linux DUC Instructions )

bobbyx2   bobbyx.ddns.net ---ça important--+++no-ip

reste les points ci-dessous

Step 4

If you are behind a router or firewall, you will need to open and forward the correct ports for the services you wish to run.

Port Forwarding Guides

Not sure which ports to forward? Check out this list of common ports   and what they are used for.

Device Configuration Assistant

Not sure how to set up your account or your hostname on your own?

Our Device Configuration Assistant will walk you through device configuration and port forwarding to help ensure your hostname and network are properly configured from the start.

Go to the Device Configuration Assistant now to begin the configuration process.

How to Access Your Security Camera From Anywhere

How to Build and Host Your Own Minecraft Server

Remote Access Your Computer with Dynamic DNS

p.

DNS Statique

Ma box a une IP statique . Mon essai n'est pas concluant . Question voir avec no-IP ???

start an traoù ba'r gêr harzoù

The situation around Bakhmut is quite compound/complex and takes some unraveling.

  1. You are correct that Bakhmut has no military significance. There is nothing to be gained from occupying it. It does not control any high ground or GLCs or anything else of military significance.
  2. The Russian MoD assigned a huge symbolic value to Bakhmut because they felt confident of taking it in a few days and they badly needed a “victory” because they has been constantly retreating since March 2022. It is hard to convince people you are winning without any victories.
  3. The Russians and Wagners attacked Bakhmut for over a year and never really fully captured it. OVER A YEAR! And they took around 100,000 casualties in the process.
  4. The Wagners alone lost about 25,000 or half its troops. And since the Russians were not able to cleanly capture the town, friction developed between the Russian troops and the Wagner troops as each blamed the other for the failure to capture the town. Eventually this broke into open warfare with the Russians firing 30 missiles at a Wagner assembly point, killing or seriously wounding well over 2,000 of them.
  5. The Russians chose to make Bakhmut a war of attrition. The Ukrainians chose to stand and oppose them because the attrition numbers were lopsidedly in favor of the Ukrainians —- over 30:1 in some battles.
  6. The Ukrainians never really had to go after Bakhmut because they had constructed at least two reinforced and fortified lines of defense in their immediate rear. If drive out of Bakhmut, they would just fall back to the defensive lines and it would start afresh for the Russians.
  7. With the Wagners in mutiny and the Russian troops shifting around to fill gaps, the Russians are creating new weak spots and gaps around Bakhmut. The Ukraine is exploiting these gaps and is moving against the northern and southern suburbs of Bakhmut. An encirclement is becoming more and more likely.
  8. Part of the effort at Bakhmut is possible to keep Russian troops pinned there so that they cannot be shifted to oppose the Ukrainian offensive in other fronts.
  9. The Ukrainians continue to be active around Bakhmut because they obviously perceive the Russians to be weak there.
  10. This is the earliest stage of the Ukrainian counteroffensive. On all fronts the Ukrainians are conducting probing and reconnaissance in force. This is to determine where the weakest and most porous spots in the Russian MLR are located. Bakhmut is a center of activity because there are a lot of Russian troops there. But other than that, it has no significance.
  11. The counteroffensive has not yet begun. We know this because the Ukrainian “super brigades” are not committed on any front. These are the troops with the best training, the most experience and the best western weapons. When they are committed, we will know about it. Bakhmut is just a side show.

TROUZIOU N INT KEN MET TOST DA VOUT KAN marteze emaint enket

Russian state news agencies TASS and RIA Novosti, with reference to the Ministry of Defense, published news about “the transfer of troops to more advantageous positions east of the Dnieper” at about 11.00 Moscow time. Typically, such formulations are used in the event of a retreat of troops - this was the case last year during the retreat near Kharkiv and from Kherson.

A few minutes later, the agencies canceled the released news. “The message published on November 13, 2023 at 10.50 with the heading “The Dnepr group of troops will be transferred to more advantageous positions” has been canceled,” reads, in part , on the RIA Novosti website at the place where the news was published. TASS also released a notice of cancellation.

The text said verbatim:

  • “Having assessed the current situation, the command of the Dnepr group decided to transfer troops to more advantageous positions east of the Dnieper. After the regrouping, the Dnepr will release part of the forces that will be used during the offensive in other directions.”

The Ministry of Defense called the sending of a message allegedly on behalf of the Russian press center of the military department a “provocation,” RBC reports . It is not clear who sent the message.

In recent weeks, it has been reported that the Ukrainian military managed to cross the Dnieper in the Kherson region in a number of places. In particular, fighting is taking place in the village of Krynki. Analysts claim that in recent days the Ukrainian military has managed to somewhat expand the bridgehead.

Last September, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that it had carried out an operation “to wind down and organize the transfer of the Izyum-Balakleya group of troops” after Ukrainian troops occupied the cities of Izyum and Balakleya in the Kharkov region during the offensive.

On November 11, 2022, after Russian troops abandoned Kherson, the Ministry of Defense announced that Russian troops occupied “defensive lines and positions prepared in advance in engineering terms” on the left bank of the Dnieper.

Dre hir amzer

Kyiv had made new "tactically significant gains" in the Russian-annexed southern region, with its fighters pushing through some of the "most challenging" of Moscow's defensive positions, the Washington D.C.-based Institute for the Study of War (ISW) think tank said on Saturday.

Ukraine's counteroffensive, now almost at the three-month mark , has seen Kyiv peel back small amounts of territory from dug-in Russian troops. The push has focused on the front lines in the east and south of the country, with an increasing number of strikes on targets in occupied Crimea.

Enfin Des nouvelles encourageantes...

I et Tromp Et Bouch... Delirium

How would Donald Trump compare as President to George W. Bush?   IL PLEUT IL PLEUT

I got to know Donald Trump quite well during his tenure as president while serving as the White House’s resident Russian hacker. In recent months, I have been dealing with George W. Bush quite closely against the backdrop of the Ukraine war. I am in somewhat of a unique position to judge the relative competence of Bush and Trump, because I was tasked by Putin to negotiate with both of them over Ukraine.

There’s no doubt in my mind that my comments section on this one is going to be filled up with people accusing me of lying. I love the schizophrenia on Quora. Everyone is quick to call me out as a Russian troll. However, nobody wants to believe that I am that Russian troll. However, who else could it be? Clearly some Russian who speaks eloquent English is running amok in US politics focusing on issues that have a striking overlap with my Quora content.

In any case, during his tenure in the White House, Trump earned a reputation for an erratic nature. From my experiences, that is not at all the case. Trump makes moves that seem erratic on first glance, but are actually quite calculated. Like a wrestler, he would use twitter and his public remarks to push and pull opponents out of positions in negotiations to set up moves. Much of Trump’s hyperbolic rhetoric was simply bluster aimed at influencing negotiations. In reality, Trump was very disciplined and in control in terms of how he applied this superficially chaotic nature. He was trying to lead opponents towards specific terms in talks.

Bush is far more erratic and unpredictable than Trump ever was. More than anything else, throughout his presidency, Bush was guided by a naive sense that he was destined for greatness. However, this sense of entitlement towards greatness and military victory doomed his administration. Bush plowed his troops recklessly into pointless battles in a manner that set the US back rather than delivering greatness.

In order to understand why Bush feels like he is entitled to greatness, you have to understand his family and where he comes from. Bush comes from a line of great men, who played crucial roles in American history. His grandfather played a significant role in the American war effort in World War II, providing critical support behind the scenes. His father had a stellar career in the CIA culminating in the US’s Cold War victory during his tenure as president. Coming from a line like that, there was immense pressure on Bush to produce military victory during his term as president. However, these only pushed Bush into wars against US interests.

When I briefed Trump over Ukraine, I told him to tread cautiously. I explained to Trump that the Russians viewed Ukraine as Russian lands and Ukrainian people as a branch of the Russian notional tree. I also added that millions of Russians died in World War II trying to liberate Ukraine, and because of this the Russians would be willing to fight tooth and nail to retake it in a conflict that was not in the US’s interests.

After I explained the Russian position on Ukraine, Trump did some investigating on his own, called around leaders in Eastern Europe and talked to Putin directly. Like a professional, he concluded that it was not worth it for the US to defend Ukraine. Rather he believed it was in the US’s interests to improve relations with Russia to offset an anticipated downturn in Sino-American relations. As a result, Russia and the US were able to maintain peaceful relations under Trump.

Since the war in Ukraine has started, it has not been going well for the US. The American leadership would have been better off listening to Trump. Despite the West’s efforts to present a David and Goliath nature as Ukraine faces off by itself with the Russian juggernaut, NATO is very much running the war for Ukraine. However it has turned into a total disaster. By around March 2023, according to US leaks, 71,000 Ukrainians had died against only 17,000 Russians in one of the most lopsided wars in European history.

Around this time, the US government decided to bring Bush back to help out with the war effort. Since the Biden administration was faring so poorly, the CIA and US military tapped Bush to join negotiations and oversee the upcoming summer 2023 counteroffensive. The American leadership hoped that Bush’s experience leading the US into the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan would be sufficient to deal Putin a blow.

However, now that the Ukrainian counteroffensive is winding down, it’s becoming apparent that Bush’s participation in Ukraine has been a total disaster. Since the state of Ukrainian counteroffensive operations, the Ukrainians have lost another 26,000 soldiers, bringing their total dead to around 100,000 for the conflict as a whole.

Despite these massive losses, Russian forces are emerging from the counteroffensive relatively unscathed, suffering losses on the order of 1/10 in the Ukrainian counteroffensive. What’s worse, many of NATO’s best special operators are included in Ukrainian casualties. It actually looks like more NATO troops died than Russians in the counteroffensive. This makes the Ukrainian counteroffensive one of the greatest defeats in European history, and George W. Bush’s name is all over it.

After dealing with Bush for 3 months, I have to confess he is a total disaster. He is far worse than Trump and the body count shows. I am shocked at how little Bush knows about military theory for a man who proudly proclaimed, “I am a war president.” Your average Lt. Colonel in the army has a better grasp of military theory. When I try to explain basic concepts about war to Bush, they are totally over his head. He just lashes out, shoots the messenger and gives the dumbest order imaginable that can only worsen the US’s hand.

I reached out to Trump yesterday to talk to him about my experiences with Bush. For years, we both knew that Bush quietly hated us, but neither of us understood why. Since Trump got elected, there have been sharp divisions in the Republican Party led by George Bush and his family. While any outsiders going mainstream are going to face an uphill battle, there was something else going on that we didn’t get. However, after a few months I think we both have a handle on it.

The fact of the matter is that Bush is a disappointment to his family, his country and everyone around him. He was given the nation at the height of his power. He thought he was going to lead the US to great victory, but like a total, dipshit, rich kid, fuck up, he crashed the family care and ran the US into a ditch. Bush knows he could never match the expectations set for him by his family. To deal with his own insecurities, he lashes out at anyone who can.

By contrast, Trump and I surpassed out family’s expectations and are proud to have down so. We know that we did way more in life than our parents’ ever thought we would, and we’re proud of that. Trump got to be president. I have had a stellar career in special operations. Knowing that we are secure in our accomplishments makes us a target for weak men like Bush, who have done nothing in life but disappoint their families with failure.
